Our residence is located just 20 metres from the central beach, one of the most popular and lively beaches in Torrevieja. With many cafés around it, this is a beach full of life and atmosphere all year round, whether for having a coffee by the sea or enjoying a walk in the Mediterranean breeze. Our residents can enjoy this magnificent beach, whether by walking there or by bathing when circumstances allow.
Las Columnas Monument
Our residence is also located opposite this emblematic monument of Torrevieja. It symbolises the different continents of the world with their respective cultures and is a meeting and walking point for local residents as well as for the many tourists who choose Torrevieja for their holidays, in summer and even in winter, thanks to the city's outstanding microclimate.
